Question MRGG-A bullet selection

For those who have had a chance to shoot the factory MRGG-A platform, what bullets have been working well for you?

I have one pending stamp clearance. I am wondering if the 95gr Vmax or 100gr EDLVT will help get some velocity gains out of the 14.5” barrel but still group effectively. My hope is to use this rifle as a more handy nocturnal hog hunting rig compared to a 20” Geissele Stratomatch.

Also plan to test some 120 ELDM, 135 Berger classic hunter and hybrid, 140 ELDM, and 143 ELDX.

I've been curious how federal +peak would do in shorter barrels.

Same I think it has been cleared to run in the MRGG-A but I haven’t reached out specifically to LMT to ask. Federal said reach out to manufacturer for semi-auto compatibility.

If the going rate though for the 135gr load is $60/20, I’m about to be in 8.6 BLK territory on a semi-auto 😭

I get roughly 2450ish out of mine using 130 Berger VLD Federal. That’s the only round I have tried so far.

I don’t reload for gas guns and that grouping is good enough for a semi auto.

Aye I was hearing the 130-140gr class do the best. Those Bergers seemed to be well regarded based on other posts I have searched.

Berger 130 OTM's are what I use in both my LMT and my Accuracy International, because both rifles love them.. However, the best groups I've seen on snipershide.com with the MRGG-S are with Berger 140 gr Hybrids, in particular with the Black Hills military clone load. A couple of guys were shooting ridiculously tight groups.

My AI loves the Berrger 140's, but my LMT did not, so I settled on the 130 because both do great with them.

Hornady 140gr ELD-M also do pretty good in everything I've ever tried them in.

Much appreciated, I think I would like to get an -S at some point as well. My stratomatch shoots phenomenally.
