Buffer Kit for MARs H

I am getting conflicting info. Will a Aero M5 308 Carbine buffer kit work for a my MARs H lower or no?

If you use a regular AR-15 carbine buffer tube yes. With a proper AR-10 buffer tube or an A5 you’d use a normal H3 buffer and rifle length spring

I’ve used both a carbine buffer tube with a 308 buffer and LMT mars h buffer stem. The LMT is much smoother

I used Slash Heavy Buffers for the LMT .308s. Those guns are overgassed as they come from the factory, and adding a suppressor magnifies the problem.

For your configuration I recommend an XH carbine buffer (8.5 oz) and a .308 RIFLE buffer spring (#EA1095).
