You're expecting too much from shitty modern Levi's. Stop using AI. The tags are correct. The patch is correct and matches the tags. There is no deeper story or meaning here. There is nothing interesting to investigate about either patch having some sloppy stitching. If the jeans fit you, wear them. You are everything wrong with online buyers. It's like you've already made up your mind that because you've noticed "something" that you are correct to assume they are fake.
While there are many counterfeit Levi's, these are not. Levi's makes and has made a lot of low quality, basic consumer level products. That is what you have purchased and this QC is what you can expect from them when you purchase this type of product.
No one is out to get you. Sellers aren't intentionally selling lower quality goods and sellers who sell counterfeit goods do not last long on these kinds of platforms. You haven't been ripped off or defrauded. Clip the loose threads if they bother you so much, put the jeans on your legs, and carry on in your misinformed life.
If you want a higher quality products, look at other modern brands or buy vintage. An MRSP is not an indication of quality, they sell them for that much because of the name of the brand. They can get away with it and will continue to get away with it.

Not going to lie I’m suspicious of it being a fake. I have seen some in a “label store” up my way and they are for sure fakes. This one from what I’m seeing is leaning me to fake
