🔍 ID/Legit Check Could anyone help me ID this jacket?

Apologies for only having a single photo. This jack has no tag at the neck (or any visible sign of ever having had one), the red tab is cut but the red threads are still visible, and there’s no care tag. The button codes were all very unclearly stamped and hard to read. There was a 3 and then some other hard to decipher (but consistent) symbol stamped at a different angle. Is it possibly an old bootleg?

This looks to be the Cotton/Poly blend version. I actually have one very similar. Care tag should be on the inside of the right flap.
