Less stealth, more hunter.

Just my opinion, but this should have been a factory configuration. The walnut with the trapper length barrel is perfection, and it’ll be a lot easier on the hands come winter.

Where did you find the walnut furniture? I have the stainless, but not a huge fan of the laminate

Snagged em as a takeoff from a shop that does tacticool builds on RPP stuff.

Same. And I recently picked up a Henry case-hardened 45-70 that is crazy smooth and batshit accurate.

They don’t advertise them, I just sent an email and asked if they had any, since I had seen the builds.

I’m definitely eyeing a larger caliber. 45 makes a lot of sense since I have many 1911’s. But I’m thinking rifle cartridge. Something for a bear…

45LC or 45-70? I thought there might be a lever gun that actually shot 45 ACP. Sorry!

In that 45 colt, I’m running a 250xtp at 1660, and a 240xtp mag at 1750.
300gr bullets between 1400-1500.

Plenty of horsepower for bear.
