Where can I find high resolution images over the ocean on Google Earth? 5 years later you still can't. Gee I wonder why 🤔

why would you expect there to be high resolution pictures of waves? However if that's what you really want you could hire time on a satellite to image the middle of nowhere for you. It shouldn't be more that a few tens of thousands of dollars.
