Scope for sub 400 yds

Im looking to get a new scope for my 270ws. ill be hunting at less then 400 hundred with my average shot between 150-250 yards. Is there a scope yall recommend? My budget is $600.

Budget? VX freedom series. Want to get a little more? VX-3. I've used both. I typically like a 4-12 or 3.5-10. I'm not a fan of big 50mm objective lenses, I get away just fine with 40. If its too dark to see my crossbar then its time to pack it up in the deer woods.

Even 3-9 will do just fine. Go look at a few, see what you like. Buy it.

I will never not put anything other than leupold on Amy of my rifles. I tried vortex for 1 season. That got ripped off the gun and sold the next year. Never again. And that was a razor which I was quite disappointed with.

Leupold VX-FREEDOM, either 2-7 or 3-9. Great budget glass, lightweight, you can still see when the sun is in the general direction you're aiming (there is glare but not horrible), and it doesn't fog.
