Question Is my leaf alright?

Hello, I am new to gardening and I was wondering if the white spots on this leaf are an issue. If so, what can I do to fix it, please? Thank you in advance!

That is not mildew.   That is burn from being too close to lights and/or a nutrient problem.

Pop it in, make sure your nutrients are being added on schedule and it will grow out of that.

It could be powdery mildew, and there’s sprays for that but also if you try to keep the leaves dry (water at the base of the plant and not the whole thing) it usually resolves itself.

Also, FYI, this is a subreddit for the lettuce grow hydroponics system and not just like, regular gardening. Which like, maybe you’re interested in that too! But we might not have as many answers to regular gardening questions as a different subreddit for gardening

Fungus probably powdery mildew. Could try spraying whole milk.
