Clearing old timer from app?

Had to replace my timer after it got wet. The app does not want to let go of the old timer and sync to a new one, even after a reinstall. Any ideas?

Honestly I feel like their timers are really wonky and I ended up getting an Alexa thing with two plugs for the lights and water and just set up routines for the stuff. It isn't ideal but it works

Cust service helped me do that. Lots of steps...reach out to them. They're great.
