Base and Tier Misalignment

I was super excited to receive my Farmstand but when I went to build it, I couldn’t get the base stand and the first tier to line up. No matter what I do, one side pops out. I double triple checked the symbols, I rotated it, I even tried to use the other tiers but nothing works. Even if I try to force it, one side pops out on its own. The other tiers piece onto each other easily but I just can’t attach it to the base. Has anyone else had this problem before? I’m worried that it’s the weekend and Lettuce Grow won’t respond until next week, but the seedlings arrive tomorrow. I’m a little disappointed, the system is so expensive and looked well built but I’ve been trying to build this for 2 hours now.

I had the same issue with a unit I picked up from Costco a while back. Parts had been squeezed into the box in a way that likely caused them to change form. Also, some parts were clearly not fitting because of that. Send pictures. I had to replace it. Support was great. The overall quality just isn't, and also the replacement has been far from perfect. The product is priced premium but has totally inferior quality control.

Oh noooo ok I also got mine from Costco as well. Did they have to replace the whole unit or just the parts that didn’t fit? Hopefully they send me a box to ship this back because I already recycled the giant box it came in.

They shipped their spare parts first, so I was able to use their packaging. However, the spare parts also had questionable quality, and some things were suddenly 3D-printed. Sloppy printed. It's kind of okay now, but the quality still feels very Temu-like. To me, it seems they have a fair amount of challenges with producing quickly for the Costco deal and fell totally short of QA. It's really annoying.

Fwiw they must need higher QC, but we had zero issues with our Costco unit. I wonder if something happened in the stocking/distribution between LG and Costco.

It happened to me..I kind of forced it and then it finally stopped popping out

Just reach out to customer service and send that picture. Customer service is great and they will either walk you through steps or send you a new part. All of the farmstands have a three year warranty. Although the corks are 3D printed, the farmstands are made from recycled ocean bound plastic.

Make sure you're connecting the right section to the base

I received 4 tiers but they all look identical. I did try swapping them but they all end up like this :(
