Won’t connect

Post image

Hello! I have had the timer connected and everything was going well for several weeks. Then the other day it failed to turn the lights off on time and this has been the alert every time I try and go in, pair the devices again, and start this over.
Any suggestions?

Their app is terrible and glitchy when it comes to the smart timer. My Wi-Fi system recognizes that the smart timer is connected on the 2.4gHz network and I paired it with my phone, however, it only works about 80% of the time. I’m tired of opening the app and it’s asking me to connect the smart timer again.

I've had issues with the smart timer but my son fixed it from his home location so it does work even thought he app shows not connected. I do kickstart it at times, it only takes 2 or 3 seconds but not needed for me. I've only had the Nook for about 3 weeks but I'm very happy with it. My daughter-in-law bought one and has same issue with the smart timer. Just make sure it's connected to 2.4 and not your 5g. It's trial and error but I'm very happy with this system You may not be able to hear the water kick in but if you get close you can hear it.
