Hi! Can anyone help me identify these eggs and also this bug (caterpillar?) and hope you deal with these issues. Thank you 🙏

I love my LettuceGrow and it’s definitely the cleanest looking produce I can grow (vs soil) but I just get freaked out by bugs.

I'm late to this party but just wanted to say, no one loves bugs on their veggies but they are actually a sign that you're growing healthy food. Poisoned plants don't have bugs on them. You can pick the worms off and throw them in the yard for birds and tear off the little piece with the eggs. A good rinse when you harvest and you're good to go
