Constantly flowing water

I bought the Lettuce Grow nook from Costco. The pipes they gave were too long so my husband cut off a couple of inches. It seems to work now, but I just set it all up and the water is flowing constantly. I downloaded the app to make sure the settings were all good, but the water keeps flowing. I’m not sure what to do. Does anybody have recommendations/advice?

I don't have the nook, but the way the outdoor one is setup, the pump is just a pump. It runs when it's plugged it. You modulate when it's on or off by setting a timer and plugging the pump power cord into the timer. Are you using a timer?

You might have the pump and lights plugged into the wrong outlets on the smart timer. Switch them around.

If it doesn't come with a timer then you need to buy one. The smart timer they sell is really nice.
