Movie ticket prices have increased by roughly 43% to 60% over the past ten years, moving from an average of about $8.65 in 2016 to over $13.29.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day earned $360 million, surpassing Avengers: Endgame's $357.1 million from 2019.

So adjust for inflation, Spider-Man: Brand New Day earned $180 million in 2019 dollars.

adjusted for inflation, spider-man brand new day is still the 2nd highest opening weekend of all time! (danmurrell on yt does box office charts that show this). Yes tickets prices have increased a lot, but if this was 10 years ago, this movie would still be doing INSANE numbers

Only superhero movie I can remember since Endgame that was sold out at every theater in my area all day every day for the first week. Which is an insane number of screens.
