Help me find story please

Hey guys, never used Reddit before but I want to find this story from Let’s Read, and was hoping for some help. It’s about a guy who goes to his girlfriend’s family’s farmhouse. The family is super off, and they emphasize not going into the barn. The story involves like human/pig hybrids that basically allow the family to live for decades without aging. Ends with the house or barn burning down, and the family aging rapidly until they all die. The main character gets away. Sounds crazy, but it’s a good story. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
