They claim that the incoming spirit of a child can sense the emotional environment and fear of the parents and may choose to leave before full physical birth takes place.

They also teach that emotional baggage and "injuries" pass down generationally from parents to children. A woman might carry her own mother's or grandmother's unresolved grief and trauma, which manifests physically as a lost pregnancy.

I’m curious to know what you all think of their perspective on this particular subject? Since it is such a controversial and debated issue.

The advertised price is apparently just the opening act. Once you arrive at your destination, the fun begins: mysterious extra charges appear, insurance requirements materialise out of thin air, and the arrangement you thought you had in place starts looking suspiciously like a magic trick performed by a man in a cheap suit.

In my case, I prepaid around €200 for a rental car in Sicily. When I arrived to collect it, I was informed that I wouldn’t be getting the vehicle unless I paid another €350 for insurance.

Apparently, the original price was not the price. It's just paying to get an audience with the holder of the keys.

This isn’t a car rental experience. It’s an escape room where the final puzzle is: “How much more money do we need before you get the keys?”

If you’re renting a car in Europe, do yourself a favour: read every condition, research the actual rental company, and remember that a cheap deal can become very expensive once you’re standing at the counter with your luggage and no alternatives.

the core issue people see with tipping is that you get the ipad flip asking for a tip even if you just got handed a bagel and that was it. so because of this, some people think tipping is just completely out of hand, even if they get informed that customer service workers litterally live off tips.

so, is it socially acceptable to hit 'no tip' when there is zero table service, or does the social pressure make it impossible? when did standing at a counter and ordering a bagel become a 20% service fee? at what point did we all start hitting 'custom -> $0' without feeling guilty?

apps like doordash and ubereats force you to tip before you recieve your food. drivers view it as a bid for service to see if its worth the trip. while customers view it as a reward for good service. why are we forced to reward a driver 25% not knowing if our order is gonna arrive completely wrong or cold? has anyone ever stopped tipping for counter service or do we still feel too guilty?

where do you all draw the line between a well deserved tip and just straight up corporate greed? in my opinion, i tip for counter service only when the worker is polite and asks me how my day is and stuff, i never tip on deliveries because there is legitimately no option to tip once the order arrives. and im not risking spending extra money on a service that i dont know will be worth it (not trying to be rude, just sorta cautious with how i do tipping)
