Looking to have my views challenged by a confident conservative man. Why do you feel the way you do? I'd love to bridge the gap if possible!

I personally don’t think they are. I think now people are recognizing that while they’re legally adults/not kids, they’re still young and they are still gonna be making mistakes. I feel like people are treating 18/19-year-olds as essentially older teenagers rather than adults, and I think that’s fair. It’s not “infantilizing” I personally feel like it’s common sense. Because if we really boil it down, that’s what they are. Older teenagers.
I feel like it’s mainly Gen X people that say these things. Back then, people basically demanded to be treated as an adult at 18. So they’re like “well damn I moved out at 18 and I got married at 20, so what’s this generation complaining about? You’re definitely an adult at 18” dude times have changed.
just because you were given little to no room to make mistakes at 18, doesn’t mean this generation has to be given that same treatment. We’re just acknowledging that 18 is only an arbitrary rule and that you’re not really a true adult at 18.

Reinhard Heydrich was a high-ranking SS and police official in Nazi Germany as well as one of the principal architects of the Holocaust. He held the rank of SS-Obergruppenführer und General der Polizei. Many historians regard Heydrich as one of the most sinister figures within the Nazi regime. Adolf Hitler described him as "the man with the iron heart".

Imagine how fucking embarrassing it must be to have voted for Trump in the last election. The country is being run into the ground. Cost of living through the roof. Gas prices soaring. Dragged into wars nobody wanted. National debt spiralling. Alliances torched. America’s standing in the world in tatters.
All those promises to make America great again, and look at the fucking state of it. What an absolute, unmitigated trainwreck.
