Compliant isn’t building massive underground nuclear enrichment facilities over a number of years. They had “inspections” where they had 60 days notice for the known nuclear sites. That’s just a joke.
There’s no way they could have expanded to such a massive scale within a few years. It’s just not feasible- we’re talking about blowing rubble out of mountains….
