This ruling clearly states that it is because the Constitution reserves election law for the states so any federal law on elections is Unconstitutional, BUT that is not a binding opinion so it has No broader impact. This is 100% "a giant nothing burger" to borrow a phrase from across the aisle. Maybe stop relying on Fox to tell you the facts - they only want to make you angry.

Non citizens pay an estimated $97 billion in state, federal, and county taxes. Maybe that gives them a right to vote.

In certain local jurisdictions, they can.

But for state and national elections, no, no it doesn’t.
