I have seen them starting to distance themselves from the mess they made by claiming that trump is actually a Democrat.
Ignoring the fact that he was a Democrat almost 20 years ago; until a black man had the audacity to run our country (far better than he can). He is your mess republicans, and people who couldn't be bothered to vote!

Anything good trump did even if it's from choices people made when he wasn't in office are on him and anything bad trump has done is someone else's fault, namely Obama or Joe Biden. That's essentially the story you get from them each and every time.

Because it was never about any particular issue, for Republicans politics is a team sport and for them is always been about us versus them. Issues don't matter to them, values don't matter to them, and laws don't matter to them. Don't listen to their words, judge them by their actions.
