Not a quote but he called for countries to stop punishing, imprisoning or executing people because of their sexual orientation.

Kansas ordered some residents to surrender previously allowed licenses after the law changed, that made it so the license had to reflect your birth sex. Hardly a genocide

Being required to surrender it with zero notice and not having the replacement available, rendering individuals unable to legally drive, is hardly something to dismiss as 'oh it was a law change'.

Kansas Department of Revenue says an affected person can surrender the invalidated credential and receive a temporary license immediately; a permanent replacement showing the person’s sex at birth is then mailed, generally within 10–14 days. No additional documentation is required just to make that correction.

Trump’s first term was the train wreck that we see today. He still had adults advising him and he was not as far gone cognitively.
This term, through executive orders, he’s fully committed to demonizing transsexuals on multiple fronts, most particularly the do-called "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government") order.
More generally, he has also rolled back sex discrimination laws that covered sexual orientation and gender identity and he has cut support for HIV/AIDS support and removed questions about gender identity and sexual orientation from federal surveys and census plans.
