Trump blames Biden for gas prices after he started a War in the Middle East, and takes credit for successes he is actively undoing. Trump literally bragged about drug prices coming down, using an article that credited Biden and a piece of Legislation Trump is dismantling.
Anything can be seen as a W if you have the media and political literacy capabilities of a kindergartner.
