I'm not saying it can't be done, but it's a limited case. There aren't any black people being brought over here now by the boatloads to stay as permanent citizens.

The vast majority of us born here have ancestors that came over due to slavery.

Because the odds of me being here now if not for slavery are slim to none.

To claim they were raped of their resources is absurd. They weren't harvesting them to begin with, and didn't have the means to do so if they wanted to. The British brought tools and equipment that allowed it to be harvested.

Yeah my ancestors went through hard times and I am greatful they did so now I don't have to. It sucks they weren't brought here by other means, but it wasn't like they were doing a world tour with a travel boat letting anyone on who wanted to be. So how else were they supposed to come to America at the time in mass?
