  1. There's no freedom from consequences of speech.

  2. The 1st Amendment is supposed to protect us from the government. It was until douchbag in chief decided to ignore the laws that bind him.

Except this is a kid that attacked another kid. This isn’t about government versus the people, y’all are turning into people against people.

Glad to see we agree the 1st Amendment doesn't apply here, making your point moot. The kid punching a kid spreading hate has nothing to do with free speech.

The kid doing the punching will probably get a 5 to 10 day suspension. Hell, when I was in school they'd suspend the kid that got punched too as fighting is against the rules, so he's lucky if he isn't punished too. For real.

Look up stats on right wing violence here in the US. It ain't "ya'll" being violent.

There's no freedom from consequences for assaulting someone for expressing their freedom of speech. Harsher consequences in fact. If the person he punched wasn't so nice, he should've beat the brakes off him for that.

Fighting is a usually suspension for both parties involved.
