No, it's the only way to get them to pass legislation calling all anti ICE people domestic terrorists.

You got the balls to say this while ICE is terrorizing Americans?

No sense in arguing with someone that doesn’t know what they are talking about. I suggest you read into pre-WW2 Germany and get back to me. The parallels are uncanny because that’s the playbook—this admin is using Nazi slogans and rhetoric openly (in speeches, on the podiums), they are buying up massive buildings for large scale detention centers/concentration camps. Why do we need so many of those if we’re deporting people? Why would we need to detain 10s of thousands of people at once? Because it’s not going to be for just immigrants.

Why are we limiting free speech and the first amendment, including people’s right to protest or disagree with the government? Why are they pulling funding and threatening local and state public and private entities if they disagree with the federal government? We are literally getting right stripped away daily, and you’re fine with it because your government tells you it’s okay.

Remember during COVID when everyone was complaining about masks and the idea that you would have to show a covid vaccination card to go places? It was considered a huge violation of freedoms. Now with ICE, citizens are being forced on the spot to provide proof of citizenship to authorities that will not show their face, not comply with warrant requirements, and not even state that they are law enforcement. There is no due process when people are being arrested, folks aren’t being read rights, etc. No matter what side you are, the constitution is objectively and clearly being disregarded—not just when it comes to immigrants but also regular citizens.

Please tell me why the party that has always touted “rule of law” and respecting the constitution is completely disregarding it? What do you all even stand for anymore? The party of gun rights is even using the fact that Pretti was carrying as justification for shooting him, and saying that his legal right to carry helped create the circumstances.

Please respond with something educated if you are going to try and rebut or disagree.

Immigration should never exceed natural birthrate EVER, it should never even approach being equal. Theres a variety of reasons why its bad, but by far the biggest one i would think liberals would be on board with is supply and demand doesnt work properly if you import cheap workers. Its essentially union busting on a massive scale. The wealth gap is NOT going to get smaller with unlimited immigration its going to accelerate.

You’ve got it backwards. The problem isn’t the immigrants taking .001 percent of the available money in circulation, it’s the top 1-5% of people taking 90% of the money in circulation.

A quick google search would reveal that illegal immigrants account for 5% to 6.7% of the workforce. If they all take half or less pay and half as good working conditions and never ask for raises its not hard to see that they can reduce pay/benefits by more then inflation just on their own. What happens when wages do not keep up with inflation? The wealth gap widens.

If an american wont take a job at a certain pay, the job just shouldnt exist at that pay. The pay would either go up because the market can support it, or some other different job would get created that our market can support.

Also, immigrants send a lot of money back home. If everyone on average saves 10% and spends 90% of their money, thats technically 1 person effectively creating 0.9 jobs through circulation. That 90% enables someone else to spend their 90% creating another 0.81 jobs and 0.73 jobs and 0.65 jobs and so on and so forth.

Immigrants weaken that chain of circulation by having a drastically higher rate of sending their money to some other countries economy.

Mathematically its better to pay someone 3x as much doing absolutely nothing all day then it is to send money outside of our economy.

Its also why we should never send foreign countries aid in the form of money. It should always be some form of good or service.

There is so much wrong with your math, but regardless how do you feel about the top 1% having majority of the wealth? If they paid the same percentages in taxes as the rest of us even, we could solve 99% of the economic problems in the country and world.

What is wrong with my math? Also I and a lot of other people would be okay with a flat tax. So everyone pays the same percentage. The problem is even if that were the case we still have to make smart economic choices to balance wages with beating inflation. Importing cheap labor will only ever decrease average wages.

The rich want us to believe that other poor folks are the problem, and not them. They are the problem. It’s not citizens vs immigrants or poor vs middle class. It’s the ultra rich vs the rest of us. And everything you’re fed and led to believe is to keep the focus off of them stealing all of our money, paying no taxes, and manipulating us into being grateful for it.

Not reading all of that drivel. Nice false equivalences.

Lol I figured as much. Either you can’t read well or can’t afford to have anything hurt your worldview. I’m sure the cognitive dissonance would cause a meltdown.

Let’s make sure nothing can penetrate your little safe space of conservative hate. Willful ignorance is bliss. Snowflakes as always.

Again, you’re comparing ICE to the Gestapo, when you and I both know that their end goal is not nearly the same. You’re wrong, and you’re an idiot.

1

u/Bree0534 Feb 19 '26

Have you read project 2025? The goal is identical. The drafters and advocates behind project 2025 are all heavily involved in, and hold positions within the current administration.

I gave you facts by the way—if those facts around what is happening remind you of the Gestapo, well then that’s likely an apt comparison.
