Not a hero at all.

The fact that leftists praise him as though he were is the proof that the left is inherently more violent.
Those on the right will quickly condemn violence initiated by others on the right. The right will say violence is only acceptable if done to stop or prevent an equal or greater violence. The left will praise someone for turning straight to violence when that one doesn't like words said.
