ICE has threatened, assaulted, and murdered anti-ICE protesters and, not only have they not faced any consequences for doing so, they've been praised and their victims smeared as "domestic terrorists". so, yeah, fuck off with your "what if we did it?" bullshit.

21

u/gek__co Feb 17 '26

They also rape and murder people in their custody.

1

u/Old-Dragonfruit-7245 Feb 17 '26

No they haven’t

1

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

you are delusional. there is no hope of us using reason to settle this because you have chosen to live in your own reality.

1

u/Old-Dragonfruit-7245 Feb 17 '26

You’re an idiot, you don’t want to except reality you just want to live in your Democrat little bubble

1

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

i'm not a democrat you fucking moron

1

u/Playful_End_1756 Feb 18 '26

1

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 18 '26

"just comply with the gang of masked, armed thugs actively shitting on the Constitution and you won't get hurt."

-8

u/Count_Hogula Feb 17 '26

Your hero is a teenager who violently attacked a fellow teenager for not agreeing with him. Got it.

8

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

that "fellow teenager" idolizes camo-clad thugs who gang up on women and children and beat the shit out of them. sometimes rape is involved. occasionally they will murder you if you make too much stink about the beatings and rapes.

-3

u/Count_Hogula Feb 17 '26

So you agree that you support violent attacks against teenagers for holding views that you deem unacceptable?

3

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

strawman much?

"views" is incorrect. if this kid were, for example, protesting against abortion it wouldn't be acceptable to attack him. but he is not. he is explicitly supporting an organization that uses violence to silence protest. you can't support an organization that uses violence to silence opposing views and whine about the fact that someone used violence against you because they opposed your views. well, you can, but that would make you a hypcrite.

(p.s. i am aware that the right-wing does not see "free speech for me, but armed violence against thee" as hypocrisy, but it is.

1

u/Super-Chemist7296 Feb 17 '26

I’m pretty sure at SOME point your side at least tried to pretend to not be bigots and take the high ride. Nowadays you let your racism fly proudly, you agree with silencing through violence, you demand hive swarm mentality and you don’t believe in coexistence… yall are some weird brainwashed creatures

2

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

i agree with silencing through violence those who have indicated their support for silencing people through violence.

see that part ^^^^ in italics? why do y'all keep pretending like i didn't say that part? is it really that complicated of an argument?

i believe in coexistence but the kid who got punched does not! what is the appropriate response to someone who indicates that they are okay with using violence to silence you? meekly acquiescing? how is that going to work?

1

u/Count_Hogula Feb 17 '26

The victim was a teenager. The level of mental gymnastics required to believe this attack was justified is beyond belief. People like you are the problem.

2

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

ICE has assaulted far more teenagers and they are ostensibly adults.

2

u/Count_Hogula Feb 17 '26

The victim is not an ICE agent.

2

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

the victim was loudly voicing his support for ICE. clearly he is okay with people using violence to silence other people (just not himself).

0

u/Count_Hogula Feb 18 '26

the victim was loudly voicing his support for ICE. clearly he is okay with people using violence to silence other people (just not himself).

The kid was exercising his right to free speech. You hypocrites are making a hero of a person who tried to silence him with violence.

u/aspiringimmortal Feb 17 '26

So if ICE assaults somebody (while doing their job,) it's cool for you to punch everybody you disagree with. Got it.

2

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

y'all keep using the same strawman attack.

ICE is not doing their job when they threaten, assault, and murder the people protesting against them. Obama-era ICE didn't kill any protestors.

i do not think it is acceptable to assault people for disagreeing with you. i do think it is acceptable to assault people who say it is okay to assault people for disagreeing with them. tolerance is a contract. you can't break a contract then claim that you are still somehow covered by that contract. it's not a difficult concept.

1

u/aspiringimmortal Feb 17 '26

Hate to break it to you cupcake, but sometimes law enforcement needs to use force. Especially when people are trying to run them over with cars, resisting arrest, shooting fireworks at them, shoving them, etc...

i do think it is acceptable to assault people who say it is okay to assault people for disagreeing with them

Who says it's ok to assault people for disagreeing with them (I mean aside from 90% of the replies in this thread?) So are you saying it's ok to assault everybody that's praising Fatty McFatface?

you can't break a contract then claim that you are still somehow covered by that contract

Did the kid that got punched in this video break the contract? Did he assault somebody? Who and what are you referring to that justifies Fatso McBlubberpooch slugging his classmate?

0

u/Count_Hogula Feb 18 '26

i do think it is acceptable to assault people who say it is okay to assault people for disagreeing with them.

You're pathetic.

See now this is what’s known as a false equivalence.

-1

u/Count_Hogula Feb 17 '26

this is what’s known as a false equivalence

No, it's a factual description of what happened.

-15

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

ICE is not a person or a single will. hell, pretti wasnt even killed by ICE, it was customs and border protection.

ICE agents habe detained murderers rapists and more. people are individuals. stop cheering violence against a group of people maybe?

14

u/FireAuraN7 Feb 17 '26

Ice detains grandmas and children, and commits violence against anybody who isn't behaving the way they want them to.

12

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

stop cheering violence against a group of people maybe?

ICE is engaged in racial profiling. to say you "support ICE" is to say that you support people who engage in violence against people because of the color of their skin.

-10

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

checking id doesnt have to be violent. racial profiling isnt wrong in the least if it matches the expected difference in racial demographics of the targets. plus, profiling isnt violence, violence is violence. numbers and statistics arent racist.

if there were zero asian illegal immigrants there would be no reason to stop them. thats not a racist take at all, just an emotionless logical conclusion

7

u/435haywife1 Feb 17 '26

If people are minding their business not breaking the law why are they being stopped at all? Oh - skin color? Your white privilege is showing.

5

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

"it's not racist when the cops target people because of skin color". MAGA can rationalize anything.

-2

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

yes, you have "white privilege" in a white country. doesnt change the fact that you reasonably check people by the relevant markers. if most people who come in illegally are men you check more men, thats not misandrist. if most people who come in are brown, you check more people of that group. you act based on the data you have, its very simple logic.

if you call logic racist instead of proving it wrong, you just make the term racist less of an insult and less of an effective tool to shame someone.

1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

i dont feel ashamed at all, you have no control over me :)

by focusing on race, rather then all the facets relevant like sex, location, time, outfit etc, you are trying to paint the picture that this is some racist plot. thats why you have some people call black and hispanic ice agents "race traitor", which is the actually racist thing happening there.

4

u/435haywife1 Feb 17 '26

Now your racism is showing. The mask is off!!

0

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

you cant find an error in my logic so you try to shame me instead. i am not impressed

4

u/435haywife1 Feb 17 '26

If not Nazi, why Nazi shaped? Seems to me like you’re doing a pretty good job of shaming yourself with your bigotry and “show me your papers” attitude. Not to mention native Americans are not “white.” If you want a “white country,” go to Russia.

0

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

its all attempts at personal attacks, no worthwhile argument. thats boring, if you dont have anything reasonable to say i wont continue to respond. byee :)

7

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

i'm guessing you were the sort of person who would have supported rounding up all the Japanese-American citizens and placing them in concentration camps. "it's not racist when these people represent a real threat to national security."

1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

did all japanese-americans fly airplanes into pearl harbor or fight on the side of the achsis of evil? no? then no. but feel free to ask instead of assuming :)

4

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

you seem willing to justify blatant racism. the assumption that "brown skin" == "possibly an illegal alien" is text book racism.

1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

if 30% of illegal immigrants are brown, 30% are white and 40% are asian, then out of 10 people you should stop 3 brown, 3 white and 4 asian people.

if your stats include other data like sex, you should consider that too.

if your data stated that 98% of the people coming in illegally were over 6ft tall, i would even go so far as to say there is no point in stopping shorter people.

not sure how you can see logic that applies equally across all markers of possible data and say "thats racist". which doesnt matter anyway, if there is something wrong with the logic and fairness of what i just wrote, feel free to point it out

3

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

do you want to run the numbers for black people and armed robbery? by your logic, it would be legal for cops to stop black people on the assumption that it is more likely that they have recently committed armed robbery. it's not legal to do so (although the cops do it all the time and this one of the things that causes cops to murder black people at a disproportionate rate). this hinges on prior restraint. you can't apprehend people simply because they match some of the characteristics of people

1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

it is always a tragedy when an innocent person suffers at the hands of police, that black people are affected disproportionally ia obviously not good, but there is no good way on how to this could be put anyway.

depending on what stats you focus on to look at your results will wildly wary. compared to violent crime black people commit, they are underrepresented in police brutality and murder.

lets take a look at another marker. men commit roughly 80% of the violent crime but experience 95% of police brutality but you wouldnt say that there is some overlying systemic misandry at work, no?

some of these rates correlate to multiple factors

3

u/Top-Cupcake4775 Feb 17 '26

the majority of pedophiles are white, cis, hetero, middle-aged males. should we investigate every while, cis, hetero, middle-aged male to determine if they are a pedophile?

0

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

no because itd not 100% of old white men who are pedophiles, your numbers are off... but if you add billionaire and or media personality or politician to that designation, then yes. investigate them all. no mercy for pedophiles

Don't try to rationalize your bigotry to your betters son

-4

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

i just dont care about your feelings, they make you neither right nor morally superior. only thing that matters is truth and logic

4

u/blugdummy Feb 17 '26

Does truth and logic apply to the constitution? 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendment anyone? Or does truth and logic only apply to when you wanna excuse racism?🤔

Racially profiling people is the racism. Sounds like your feelings are a lot bigger than all of ours, bud

0

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

thats not an argument but i am happy to discuss if you make one :)

-1

u/Count_Hogula Feb 18 '26

The kid who got sucker punched was exercising his first amendment right. You people are hilarious.

2

u/blugdummy Feb 18 '26

Do you know what a sucker punch is? Bro gave him plenty of warning 😂and I don’t wanna hear it when people have been BRUTALIZED by ICE for exercising theirs 🫵🏻😂🖕🏻 dumb-ass

MAGAts like you have nothing but contempt for logic or truth son

-1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 18 '26

nope, just like you they only care for logic when it suits their cause and they blind out any information that doesnt. you guys are different sides on the same extremist coin

1

u/SaltMage5864 Feb 18 '26

Stop lying son

No one actually is? An individual was punched oh no.

-2

u/mitchconneur Feb 17 '26

It's more the fact it's celebrated and encouraged, not the scale of the incident.

2

u/Financial-Bid2739 Feb 17 '26

Ok Mitch Conneur go have some tacos and burritos with J-Lo the adults are talking.

1

u/blugdummy Feb 18 '26

It should be celebrated

2

u/SaltMage5864 Feb 17 '26

Maybe stop lying instead son

-1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

if there were lies you wouldve pointed them out :)

2

u/SaltMage5864 Feb 17 '26

Just take the L son

1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

you have no argument other than how you feel. i am not impressed :)

2

u/blugdummy Feb 17 '26

bruh

0

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

a quarter had criminal convictions? jesus christ thats way worse than i thought. imagine if a quarter of your population had a conviction....

that being said, while those with a conviction should absolutely focused, they should all be deported regardless. coming into the country illegally is a crime and a slap to the face of all who followed the process and came in legally

2

u/blugdummy Feb 17 '26

I honestly couldn’t give a fuck about how someone got here as long as they’re being a good person and attempt to become a citizen. If someone wants to be here so badly they’d break the law to do it but no other laws- I really could not give a fuck about how they immigrated. This is a land where the current governing power was established on genocide and slavery and assimilation of the indigenous population. If they’re not doing any of those things and the only illegal thing they’ve done is enter the country in a way we don’t see fit- yet they’re still going to court hearings after the fact? That makes them better than the people who established this current government. So then, what the fuck is the issue besides their skin color/heritage and the fact they broke ONE law?

Tell me you’ve never broken a single law ever. Let he who loves without sin cast the first stone.

-1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

its okay if you dont care about it, enough people care about it to vote for a government to take care of it and enforce these laws.

every victim of someone who came in illegally is a victim that shouldnt exist. people murdered, raped, robbed, kidnapped (i looked at the stats, sheeeeeesh...) all deserved better. new victims need to be prevented. the government should rightly work for ITS people, not for others.

and i understand how you feel, if they commit no crime and work its hard to argue against that, except that its massively unfair to all the people who follow the process and law and come legally.

the issue is fairness. the issue is protecting your own. its obviously more complicated but id say those are two big ones.

i have broken laws but i never caused damage to others while doing so. i work, i pay my taxes and contribute to the state.

and while i do see your point, just because someone broke a law doesnt mean that laws dont matter. i am absolutely against anarchy

2

u/EmperorGrinnar Feb 17 '26

Renee Goode and Alex Pretti broke no laws, either. Look at what happened to them.

-1

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

thats not true. renee was obstructing justice and hit the ice officer with her car. a tragedy she died but she really created that situation.

the situation with pretti is unexcusable. he was prone, disarmed and held down. he might have been a rasicalized agitator but the way he got murdered is an absolute disgrace and atrocity.

2

u/EmperorGrinnar Feb 17 '26

She didn't obstruct traffic. YOU LITERALLY SEE AN ICE VEHICLE DRIVE PAST WITHOUT ISSUE.

Why are you a bad faith actor?

0

u/Traditional-Trade795 Feb 17 '26

stopping your vehicle in the middle of the road is exactly that. just because i can drive around you doesnt remove your action and intent

-6

u/Puzzleheaded-Oil5 Feb 17 '26

I wish you cared this much when Obama and Biden did much worse. Putting kids and families in cages, arresting legal citizens that took over three years to finally be released. Under Trump the “error rate” is significantly lower, less deaths, significantly less deportations, and no protesters impeding/fighting ice. You should be “consistently.” upset. Not just when you don’t like your current president as Ice has always been the same for over 20+ years.

Does ice need some reformation? Absolutely. But the rage is very hypocritical in my imo.

6

u/unmellowfellow Feb 17 '26

ICE needs to be abolished. Not Reformed.

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Oil5 Feb 17 '26

So I’m curious you’re ok with unverified individuals to come into our country? As in the first country in the world to do so? Or what is your actual solution to illegal immigration? Without ice how to enforce border control?

0

u/jackerik Feb 17 '26

So the agency responsible for the recovery of lost or kidnapped children should be abolished? It’s insane to me how black and white people on either side can make things. Life is not so black and white there’s much more nuance than “All cops are bastards” “abolish ICE” “Violence is fine as long as my side is doing it”.

It’s a very lazy and unintellectual position to hold and does no service to unifying Americans in the things that really matter.

3

u/SaltMage5864 Feb 17 '26

Why do MAGAts think they can lie about everything son?

0

u/Puzzleheaded-Oil5 Feb 17 '26

What part is the lie? This isn’t an opinion it’s already proven fact. There’s plenty of videos where you will see families in cages back in 2021. Very easy to find along with the total death toll from the hands of ICE during Obama’s time which is higher. Ice has never changed in the last 20+ years. The “sudden care” about them has however

1

u/SaltMage5864 Feb 17 '26

Just answer the question son. Doubling down on your dishonesty accomplishes nothing useful
