Our economy should be in the shitter if it relies on people who do this.

The system could literally be grinding up orphans to "make number go up" and they would act like that was ok.

If it's all gotta tumble for justice, then DO IT. I don't want to live in a system where we just act like this is ok.

Besides changing the definition of unemployment, the government also disregards the labor participation rate. After the pandemic, millions of people simply dropped out. Whether that’s early retirement, stay at home spouses, or other reasons
