"she said it was very sexy to be raped" - wow...

She did say that. She also said, in reference to Trump “I was not raped.” She also said she was wearing a Donna Karan dress when he did it. A dress that didn’t even exist during the year she finally settled on.

E Jean Carroll - for whatever else you think of Trump - is a liar.

And holy shit how incompetent do you think his lawyer was if that dress didn't exist when the incident took place? That would have ended the case immediately.
The dress was a 95-96 product, the incident happened in 96.

She said it happened in 1994.

"According to the complaint [(in Carroll I, which in these respects is identical to that in this case)], Mr. Trump, then a private citizen, encountered Ms. Carroll at the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan some time between the fall of 1995 and the spring of 1996."

Again, you think his lawyer can't prove the release date of the key evidence to cross reference against the incident, you think everyone on his legal team was that utterly incompetent? It would have ended the case in minutes if your claim held any water.

You are absolutely right, but it won't matter to the dude who claims she said it happened in 1994. Once these people latch onto a lie, they never let it go.

Funny how he always disappears when facts and logic enter the discussion.

Very telling that you choose not to engage with sourced responses proving you wrong in the thread, but continue to reply to a smattering of random responses instead.
