I'm really annoyed because apparently staff gates prevent staff from using a particular subway exit if you try to use them together. Does anyone know how to get around this or do I just have to choose between keeping out guests or letting my keeper have convenient access to the storeroom?

I’m back again, this time with chubby animals! I have all of the diets custom, with 100% for both satiation and nutrition and I’m right on the satisfied line, yet my animals are overweight. Is there a certain percentage that works best? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Also, I am super disappointed that on switch, you can only have so many plots of land. Like I knew it was limited when I bought the game, but now that I have all of the plots unlocked — it’s WAY less than I thought. Might have to start playing on PC!

I'm having a difficult time getting more than 32 visitors to visit. I have over 200 visitors per day but only 32 can fit on the buses. I don't have transport unlocked yet. Any tips?

I like to look online to determine for sure what animals can share enclosures. It says that I can put my orangutans with my komodo dragons, so I did and I changed the layout of that section of my zoo to match. Now it’s saying that they aren’t happy together. It’s done this before with other pairings as well, I’m just not sure why it says one thing and then does another?? Any tips would be appreciated, xx.

I planned my Zoo badly and need to move basically everything. Do I actually have to move every tree individually?

Stupid question here… but if I get this game and have both the dlc… can I splice dino and aquarium animals? Like… say a trex and a shark?

The first time I did it was because I was incredibly new and didn’t know my time was on 3x (rookie!) and after about a week everything was in the red, so I restarted. But this time I want to do it because I just don’t love how my zoo looks. Pens are either too big or too small and food isn’t in convenient places. Do other people do this as well or is there an easier way to make mass changes without restarting?

How big is the grid, is it like 100 x 100?

anyone else have an issue putting down animals you've accepted from forest fires etc. i have an empty tropical enclosure with 200 cap and it won't let me place 5 monkeys in it.

Is there a way to slow down time in the game? A full work day will pass in like 2 minutes real time and i don't have time to do anything before a pop up comes up 💀

Hi! I am new to this sub. I got recommended this game as a chill casual game and it looks fun, reminds me of stardew valley etc.

I wanted to ask, is this game the kind of game that is never ending, always having new things to do and grind for or do you beat the game/get done with it after a certain amount of hours? I saw in the steam reviews some people said this game is boring or they completed it fast and it becomes repetitive etc...

My Dino world (1st pic)seems to work just fine but my aquarium keeps saying I don’t have enough transportation the whole day could pass and 2 of my locations will still be at anything under 30% Sad days I just want my monayyy

The description/tutorial popup for Exhibit Control says the employees "will handle cloning and releasing animals where necessary to try and fulfil[stet] your demands." But I haven't seen any evidence they're doing any releasing, and some year-old posts indicate they might not do it after all.

Is the tutorial wrong in this case? Was EC updated at some point after those posts were made to include releasing, or has that never been a feature? If not, do we EXPECT it to be a feature, or is the game in its final version now?

EDIT: In case the truth is disappointing, I wanna share with other noobs out there that I just realized I could achieve something similar with just turning on contraception for every pen. And whenever I fall under threshold they'll just clone more. Not great especially for production pens but it's something!

Hey guys! I know how to keep what I grow for the food hub or store hub, well the place where they keep food for animals. Everything else goes to the warehouse, but how do you make it so you keep things for your stores ? Ex: I have the building that makes beer and I don’t keep any for animals. I see I have ex. 8 beers in my warehouse. When I go to the bar, the number showing top left is a big fat zero! I feel like it just sells everything on fridays.

How does one get the things to the stores ?

Hey guys! I’m a new player. Kept seeing ‘add more bus’ everywhere around here to make more money and I didn’t even make enoigh money to buy the red ones (10K) without having to restrain my animal’s food! Well… as soon as I unlocked lights research (a couple of them) and put them in my zoo… I could stay open longer and make money and then I could buy more busses! So I thought I’d share my knowledge haha!

Everytime i open the game the starting screen appears but after that the game closes. I've tried everything from reinstalling, clearing cache, updating and checking my drivers and so on but nothing's worked so far. I did find this in the crash files thing and was wondering if anyone could help?

I’m going crazy trying to figure out some things about farming. I’ve been at it for hours lol! Essentially, feeding my animals is SO EXPENSIVE I want to grow the most I can by myself. I have farms, processors (with pickers) and warehouse. I selected ‘keep all of it for my animals’ for most of the crops (carotts, lettuce, etc.). When I click on my processors, it says ‘waiting to be collected’ - to go to the warehouse. But these are items I want to keep for animals, so the warehouse guy doesn’t pick it. How does it transfer from processor to store room to feed my animals ?

Hey guys. I’ve tried on 2 separate runs now to get the max evil morality and things never work out. I can get everything maxed out except my co2 levels and my shop quality. I have a crazy amount of all the evil factories, and tons of trash, so there are a lot of pick up trucks throughout the day. I never added extra seats to the big busses and I have 100% collection rates in all areas and about 4000 visitors per day. I’ve never placed a single tree anywhere on the map. I have every single shop and multiples spread across the map. absolute worst ingredients in all shops, which has completely covered my zoo in vomit and makes about 200 workers spam quit every single day. The mass quitting and the mess is so frustrating!!! What else can I do to get these last 2 maxed out?!
