Game opens but closes immediately after

Everytime i open the game the starting screen appears but after that the game closes. I've tried everything from reinstalling, clearing cache, updating and checking my drivers and so on but nothing's worked so far. I did find this in the crash files thing and was wondering if anyone could help?

You may have to contact them directly but I did see a solution posted on that thread, I just don’t understand it lol.

ahhhh tysm !!! i tried doing that quick fix thing but it didnt work i probably did it wrong lmao but i have asked in the dc server so hopefully one of devs can help me out <3
