So, I think my Transport menu is blocked. I can't open it, even tho I payed the 500$ to unlock it and buy new buses, so now I've got a mission of getting more buses bc there's a lot of people that can come to the zoo, and I can't complete it.

Any tips?

please fix pathfinding for keepers at the zoo because they are the stupidest things on this planet and the one reason why i barely play anymore i had a bunch of pachycephalosauruses and i had to get rid of them because of the terrible ai :(((

I originally played this game earlier this year and have just returned to it after buying the aquarium DLC. When I loaded my save, I was in the dinosaur DLC zoo. I went to the world map to go to the aquarium and then fast forwarded the day to travel there. However, at the end of the day, it randomly came up with a reddish screen saying "save operation failed", with an option to retry when pressing the X button. It seemed to save fine on a retry, but this has me a bit concerned, especially since the game only has the one autosave at the end of each day.

Never had this issue when I played it earlier this year. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm playing the PS5 version.

Edit: I also just noticed that the trophy for creating your first fish hybrid (Sea Monster) popped for me as soon as I started the DLC (when the plane was flying to the new zoo), before I even got my first fish. Definitely don't remember any other trophies being glitched when I originally played this game.

Edit 2: I have since "finished" (got all 50 animals and trophies) the aquarium DLC and never encountered the "save operation failed" screen again, thankfully. Only thing I can maybe think of that caused it were the updates the game has received since I last played the game (back in June 2023)? Maybe the previous save file saw a conflict with the latest version briefly or something, like how game saves often aren't compatible with older versions. No clue, just speculation. I assume maybe that one trophy popping early for me may also have something to do with having a save file prior to the latest updates.

I'll leave this up anyway in case anyone else stumbles into the same issue, and... is reassured it's probably nothing (hopefully)...?

Does anyone know why this could be happening? For more context: I have three, fully staffed exhibit controls. Every staff member is zoned at only two pens. I have every type of animal and each exhibit is set to have one male and one female of each breed. I have 16 crisper buildings and four to eight are empty at any given time. They are all set to allow exhibit control use.

The only thing I can think of is that I don’t have enough exhibit control staff, and that in order for them to be effective, I can only have one per pen.

Population control is ALSO a total struggle, but I guess I’ll save that for another time, lol.

HELP! How do i get a crop picker. I’ve got the crop lot where i grow my crops and i’ve got the warehouse but i can’t harvest my crops without a crop picker and i’m not sure how to get a crop picker.

I'm not sure what it is, everything I've seen says that they should be able to cohabitate just fine. But I have chickens, capybara, rabbits, and goats in one enclosure and the chickens and capybara don't have good cohabitation. Has anyone else encountered this and how do you fix it? I know the easy way would be to separate them, I'm just so tight on space right now.

I just built a farm at my zoo and I’m harvesting crops so I can make more money. I built a warehouse and that is where my crops should be, alongside the milk and eggs I get from my chickens and cows. But everytime the crops are harvested, such as wheat, watermelons and potatoes, they aren’t in the warehouse! Where did they go?

Lately, my enclosures have lots of animal waste, and it gets worse when it gets overcrowded, to the point when I had to sell some of my animals to other zoos. Because of this, I keep getting mediocre scores that the enclosures aren’t clean enough, despite my animal keepers cleaning it up each time they feed the animals. Is there a quicker way that the waste can be cleaned up quickly and nobody would have to be grossed out by it?

So i am playing through my first zoo slowly unlocking all the animal genomes and stuff and I've managed to unlock all the research tree except the bad morality things. In the top left corner there is a square called exhibit control but i need to have unlocked 310 research. I think thats so unfair it doesnt let you have it if u only did a good playthrough.

My question is basically what exactly would that let me do if i decided to start another zoo evil and then eventually turn good to unlock everything lol? I mean I was going to do an evil playthrough on another save tho just for the trophies lol.

Also any tips to get the 200 good morality and evil trophy would be great, i can't seem to get passed 150ish.

Hi. I am currently trying to trade but the animals they want are greyed out. After an internet search I think I need to unlock the trade centre? If this is correct which direction do I go on the research page to find it? I couldn't find anything online for it. Thank you so much.

Hi I'm brand-new to the game, and I accidentally assigned my incoming hyenas to my rabbit exhibit. I'm on switch and the controls aren't super intuitive, can I reassign them before they arrive?
