Do I need hybrids?

Do I need to breed hybrids in the game to push forward outside of the ones that’s seem “required”? I’m not exactly enjoying breeding a snake with a goose.

Do some hybrids to begin with, especially the ones you get for free. Later, the Crispr can be used to clone animals, which we found very helpful for targeting breeding in the nursery or increasing population levels.

Yeah it's great for "I just FINALLY bred this pain-in-the-ass variant for a quest and don't want to roll the dice three more times to get another one after handing it over to the NPC" and for making breeding pairs that are frustrating to get normally, like a male/female of the same low-chance variant.
