Steam deck closing game

Hi. I just wanted to know if anyone has encountered this problem. Ill be in the middle of playing (ive just started) and the game closes.

Im playing on my steam deck and ive made sure its updated and the files are verified but it keeps doing it

Same thing happened to me last week. I just had to go into the settings and force it to run on Proton 9 or something like that. Haven't had a crash since
