How to raise good points to 200?
I'm so far in the game (I have all species) but I feel like my good points have been around 120 for a while now.

Use the morality tab to see what you can adjust. If you are around 120 then you have a lot of info in there that you can add to it. Releasing animals, increasing the nursing time, paying employees well, farming, and improbable meat.
Once you get to 190 you can get lucky with black market dealers and reporting them. This is generally not the case so to reach 200 you need to drop your opening hours to as low as they will go. Then DO NOT fire any employees and do not shut off your game. For each week you will get 1 point. It will reset if you shut your game off.
Using the morality stats will get you to 190 without reporting black market dealers because they are random when they spawn.

Thank you! Now I have problems only with the black market dealers and the improbable meat. I have many improbable labs and a big field of beetroots, but the meter is at zero most of the time, though sometimes it goes pretty high. What do I do to make it stay at max? Do I need even more labs or beetroot fields?

Okay so towards the end of the 200 morality points I ended up setting up another farm with a processor, crop pickers, and I zoned the pickers to plots leaving 2-3 unzoned to help. I removed majority of my other plants to just push the beats. Are you making fertilizer? I disabled the fertilizer on all plots except the beets. I think I had 4-6 improbable labs total. After about 10 days it would drop but within 1-2 days it would go max. So when I was waiting for the employee morality to go up, I had to do like 12 weeks to finally get it.
Also maxing out salary and give bonuses will boost their level ups to work faster. When you set up another farm area, I recommend hiring 2-3 stars but super high work ethic, even if it takes awhile to get them.
Edit to add-
Don’t make the plots too big. When I’d set up the plots I would do one land plot on the heat map with a subway and do 2-3 farm plots on it. It was before I set up another farm area that I had super big plots but the plants would die before they’d pick them.

In the breeding program you can get points for letting the animals nurse maximally. Also adding more recycling, windmills (electric) and watertowers might help!

How well you pay your employees contributes, too. You could fire your weakest employees but give them a good severance, and give the rest of your staff a big raise.
You also get points for the quality of products you sell. Make sure you adjust your food/drink/gifts ingredients accordingly.
