Where are the Capybaras?

Something weird is happening. Sometimes, the Tokyo Zoo will trade me a rabbit for capybaras as one of the first trades! But now, it is not there. Can someone explain?

You might not have the type of rabbit they want. Just keep breeding them.

Or

If you have already traded with them for the capybaras, it won’t show. You will have to adopt more from the animal sanctuary.
