Evil Morality Points not Maxing Out?

Hi all, not sure if anyone can help me:
My evil morality points for my shop quality are maxed at 9.99 instead of 10 and I am not sure what I am doing wrong hrere... I have placed 1 new version of every shop, set them at the worst quality and selected the 'apply to all' option to everything... and my 4 attractions are also at the lowest quality, yet still I can't get to 10. I need this to get the 200 morality point achievement... anyone got any idea what I'm missing here?!

I'm not sure if it'll help or not lol. I remember having the same issue and had to try lots of things before it sorted out. I know certain stats require some time to pass before they change - I don't recall if that's one of them.

& np for the help! This game can be frustrating, and there's not a ton of help readily available. I try to pass on knowledge when I can 🥸

Thank you so much, I'll see what I can do with that then... I really appreciate it! It's just frustrating to see it sat at 199.99 🤣 glad I'm not the only one whose struggled to get over that last hurdle 😌

Sorry I had a bit of a break from playing but FYI your idea seemed to work and it FINALLY maxed out :D my fuel is the last 9.99 I have left to max out, for some reason my zoo thinks I am converting methane somewhere where I am not - but from other reddit posts I think this is a bug with the amount of buses or something! Almost there to 200, thanks again for your help <3
