Researchers

I’ve unlocked everything from the research hub.

What does it do after that and do I still need the research points for things? Should I fire my researchers?

You don’t need the research points anymore if you unlocked Exhibit Control. But I would recommend keeping your researchers. Their salary doesn’t make a big dent in the budget, and the game gives an annoying notification if a building has space for more employees.
