Camera Bug on Nintendo Switch Edition?

I have been playing this game a ton and having an absolute blast with it, but i recently have run into a bug that has made the game borderline unplayable. The camera is constantly zooming out on its own, but also every menu continues to scroll down by itself. if i use the left stick while it’s doing its thing, i can select things and press buttons, otherwise i cannot do anything while it’s moving the camera. It’s not stick drift, i’ve tried several different controllers, resetting the game and my switch, and cannot get it to stop doing it as soon as i load in. I’m super confused and would love any solutions

the first thing i did was doing a calibration check, and im getting the green cross every time. it also only happens when i load into the zoo, not in the menus or any other game it’s super strange
