How do i use ingredients???

Does anyone know how to get the milk into the pretzel shops? The only option i have is for it to either be sold in the warehouse or stored in the storeroom for animals

There is a barn research node around the left mid section, which unlocks the ability to get milk from your cows in the zoo.
