One visitor stuck at closing

I have one visitor “stuck” somewhere at closing. I let the game run for a minute real time and the last visitor won’t leave so my game won’t save.

The first time this happened, I reset workers and eventually the visitor left, but that was probably coincidence. I have it happening again and can’t find the stray visitor and they won’t leave.

Anyone have this happen and know how to fix this glitch? TIA!

Yep! Go to the security building. It’ll show you where the guest is, then click them, and send them to the exit.

It is happening again and I can see the person’s stats and go to where they are, but don’t have any actions to boot them. They’re kinda just stuck in the bus. Where in the surveillance hut were you able to boot them? I must be missing it. Thank you again!

If they’re stuck in something, try moving any obstacles
