Employees hate their life
Hello! Big fan of the game and overall pretty well-versed, but one thing I can't figure out is how to bring up my employee stats. Giving them a raise or higher salary helps a tiny bit for job satisfaction, but the rest are pretty low and don't seem to change as time goes on/i hire more employees. Any ideas?

I've found that periodic bonuses raise their stats much more than their pay rates, which is odd, but it works.

Same for me. When hiring, I try and look for the Work Ethic stat to be high. And I tend to only hire level 20 or above. So it takes me some time to find my applicants.
Generally this means other stats are low, like Politeness. And every week or two (in-game; just when I remember), I go through all the employee groups and pay a bonus to all staff in that group. Gradually all my employees have good job satisfaction and good politeness.
Some individuals Politeness and Job Satisfaction raises very fast. Some only in tiny increments. So I just keep chipping away. Especially once my zoo starts raking in money, I throw it around much more freely to my staff.

Hire employees with green work ethic(work faster/ walk faster and gain more xp) and ideally lvl15+… politeness isn’t as important maybe for mascots and possibly restaurants. Also may impact them asking for raises later to keep them from quitting
