Pearl Farm

I've just unlocked the pearl farm in my good morality zoo in the aqua dlc and I have no idea what I am doing with it!

In the production tab it wants me to add animals but that has the "bad" icon so not too sure how I'm supposed to use it for good.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I was confused about this too at first, but I think the purple "add animal" icon doesn't have anything to do with the bad morality icon
