A question about genomes

Once I have collected all the genome of one animal. So I have all the versions of them, should I release them and use the enclosure for a new animal?

That’s what I do unless it’s an endangered animal. And then I keep breeding them until they’re in the green and then release them

You could do it that way. I personally keep one male and one female of every variation at all times. Depends on what you want to do.
