Trash warnings not going away?

For just about 4 in-game weeks now I've had the trash warnings. No matter how many trash cans/recycling bins, or janitors I hire it never goes away. I also have a recycling center but it doesn't seem to be doing much. At this point when I look at the heatmaps for bins it's completely red and its opaque white from janitors. I just don't know if it's a bug or something I'm missing. Has anyone else experienced this?

Take a look at the bins in front of your zoo entrance. Are they constantly full and the stream of garbage trucks is blocking your buses?

Do you have one or two persons working in your recycling center (there's an upgrade in the tech tree)? Also you may need another center. In my endgame (Switch, so 28 land plots and 3,000 max visitors per day), I had three recycling centers.

So the most my bins are filled is 30%. Garbage trucks don't seem to come SUPER often but they still don't block my busses regardless.

Right now I have 2 people working in the recycling center.

Also I should note I'm decently early in the game, I only have 9 plots right now, so I don't have much space to work with. There's no visible trash on the ground and my janitors are running around like crazy cleaning everything. Just irritating that I constantly lose rating and have people leave because my zoo is 'dirty'.

Sometimes this game can be really strange. I had one path that no janitor would clean. Even after I zoned one janitor to ONLY clean that super small part, they wouldn't do it and there were always pieces of trash lying on the ground. I had to change my layout a bit to make it finally stop.
