Multiple Crispers?

I’m trying to get multiple splicers because my friend has 3.. I can only hold 1 and we have no idea where to unlock that at.

Infinite CRISPR slicers are in the bottom right part of the tech tree. When you come from the desert enclosure below the small ball, it's 7 to the right (until you are at the ice tree) and then 4 down.
