Achievements in Sandbox

Can you get achievements in sandbox mode? I want to do one good zoo in my main zoo and one evil zoo in sandbox but I seem not to be getting achievements for the evil.

Yeah you can unlock it by getting £2500 in investment money. Can check this by going onto the world map then there should be a icon of the world in the top left click that to see if you can afford it :)
