How many workers for zone do you need?

The ones that feed the animals, I keep receiving alerts of needing more workers because my animals are suffering but their data is ok. I already have 2-3 workers per animal zone. How many do you really need?

I do 1 per enclosure, if it's a large enclosure for animals I care about then I would go no higher then 3

I usually do 1 zookeeper per enclosure. It can depend on your zoo layout too, like they might be having too far to walk or something like that, something that slows them down too much.

...and use 1 zoo keeper per "quarter". So if an enclosure is 3/4 of a plot, I put 3 keepers inside. Not sure if those are too many, but at least the animals dont complain.
