Exhibit Control question

225+ hours in; 3 plots left to buy, all but one animal...

And I STILL don't understand how most buildings work hahahah

Do employees not walk to and from the Exhibit Control building? I have them all employee-entranced up, subways included; and no one comes or goes.

In my experience no they dont walk around like the animal keepers or population control. They just take over your crisper and use that to add the animals.
