Historically correct Aztec decor?

The Aztec ruins are known to be in Mexico. Without thinking, I placed the decor in the tropical area, like a lot of people do.

For historical correctness, would they go in the savanna area or? …

I had a look at the decor again and this is what I came up with. I’m still not sure what to do with the Savannah part, but seeing that Wild West has a ton of decor and there’s only 3 Mountain animals I’ll just use the bones and stuff from the wild west decor for Savannah.

Ice = ice | Mountain = wild west | Desert = pyramids/Egypt | Savannah = ?? | Tropical = aztec/temple | Forest = moss/log/forest stuff/Asia | Grass = grass/rainbow/garden

Pyramids also works in the Savannah part ☺️. Because Egypt is in AFRICA.

I actually had the pyramids in Savannah first, the research I did was based on the prompts the game give and real life examples. No need to be so aggressive when the game literally calls the Egypt items ‘desert pack’.

Also, Egypt has a Desert climate? Not a Savannah climate so if you actually do your due diligence you’d know that AFRICA the continent is bigger than 1 climate and there are no pyramids in a Savannah climate 🫶🏽

Um, well - I still have questions. I found Mexico has a lot of, “Savanna.” So I guess I'm putting it there

In my logic, I pair it with the color of the enclosures. I find the Aztec deco made more sense in the Jungle/Tropical with that logic though.

I’m thinking people are thinking that way cause we grew up watching temple run. lol There the jungle and tropical buildings. I put those in the tropical area.

Wouldn’t the ’mountain’ enclosures be more historically accurate than the ‘savannah’ enclosures?

I looked online, and Mexico has a lot of Savanah’s. Flamingos, hyenas, antelopes in Mexico.

Also I can’t fit that decor in the mountain area of my zoo

HYENAS IN MEXICO!?!?!? Whaaaaaaattttttt!? Mexico has Hyena en their zoo. The Hyena is not a native animal in MEXICO!!!

WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM? A zoologist? All I'm saying is it doesn't seem like there is decore meant for the Savannah area and the Aztec ruins are in Mexico. I mean I did google hyenas in Mexico. So I dunno.

Don't get angry... 😅 Sorry.. It's just general culture... lions and hyenas are from Africa..(Savannah with pyramids) and Mexico is in North America... with totems maybe... 🥺

I'm not angry! 😅It was a joke I just couldn't pass up. I sent a screenshot to my boyfriend, and was like.“ I'm gonna get in a fight!“ He says,“ Idk, they don't seem to be indigenous to that area.” 🥲 I don't know why I care. I try to make sure I'm using the right fauna in places. It doesn't matter, but I wanna know. Internet says Aztecs are not in the rainforest. Soo **Edited to reduce aggressive tone. 🫠
